The Institutional Arrangement required for the undertaking the campaign will be to establish a non-profit non-government organization "ZERO WASTE NEPAL". SCAEF would be the founder and other like minded and friendly organizations of concern shall be invited to be the members. The organization will be operated by an Executive Committee nominated by the members based on the contribution made by them for development of the organization and that can support the campaign with donation of various services, materials and subscription of membership fees.
